Madeline

Physiotherapist
Accredited Hand Therapist (awarded by AHTA)

Maddie graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2016. She developed a passion for hand therapy early in her career, particularly during her intensive training with the handSPARKS program in Darwin. Since 2018, Maddie has specialised exclusively in hand therapy. Before joining our team in Newcastle, she honed her skills at a private hand trauma clinic in Sydney.

Maddie thrives on the diverse challenges that hand therapy offers. She has a special interest in post-operative care, trauma injury rehabilitation, and the creation of custom splints and casts. Her dedication to her field is evident in her full membership with the Australian Hand Therapy Association (AHTA) and her involvement in teaching the hand component of the Level 2 Sports Course for the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
